As Prolific’s Talent Specialist, Emily’s priority is recruiting high vision, high values people to join our team at Prolific and our portfolio companies. She functions at strategic and operational levels to build a robust team and enhance Prolific’s capacity to serve our partners. Previously, Emily served as the Executive Assistant to Prolific’s CEO. She earned her bachelor’s in Political Science and Nonprofit Management from Olivet Nazarene University and, prior to joining Prolific, served in several nonprofit organizations. Positive community change is a driving factor in Emily’s career, and she loves that she’s able to continue this mission with Prolific. Since moving to Indianapolis from Illinois, Emily now enjoys spending time exploring new restaurants, coffee shops and walking through the unique neighborhoods Indianapolis has to offer.
